1) KFLivetv.com provides on-line streaming media services from Cambodia local television channels (TV3, CTV9, TVK & Bayon TV) and radio stations for entertainment, communications, cultural and educational media contents to member viewer's and internet radio listeners.

2) KFLivetv.com is (are) not responsible for media and/or materiel contents while streaming broadcasts to its members.

3) KFLivetv.com assumes no liability arising from the content of any location nor any defamation, libel, slander, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity or inaccuracy contained.

By using the services, members acknowledge the access to the service through member account(s) and are responsible for compliance with the Policy

KFLivetv.com reserves the right to change and/or update the Terms and Conditions of policy "at will". It is the responsibility of the viewer(s) to check for updates on our News page.

Cancellation/Refunds

1) Internet Access package

a) KFLivetv.com will bill on a monthly basis, members must email membersupport@kflivetv.com or call within 10 days in advance for cancellation.

b) KFLivetv.com offers refunds on a case by case basis.

2) Set-Top Box TV package

a) There is a 30 days money back satisfaction guarantee on Set-Top Box purchase.

b) Equipment must be returned as delivered, there will be a 10% re-packaging fee for incomplete packaging

c) KFLivetv.com offers refunds on a case by case basis.

3) Mobile Access package

a) KFLivetv.com will bill on a monthly basis, members must email membersupport@kflivetv.com or call within 10 days in advance for cancellation.

b) KFLivetv.com offers refunds on a case by case basis.
